Alana Salcer is a multidisciplinary graphic designer and art director based in Brooklyn, New York specializing in identity, print, motion and interactive design.
She collaborates with a diverse range of clients though her focus has been on design for film, non-profit and cultural organizations. Most notably: Director Nelson George, Mark Morris Dance Group, XQ Superschool, Ciné Institute in Jacmel Haiti, The Ms. Foundation for Women, Sanctuary for Families, TED, and Three Generations Films.
She is also an adjunct professor at Queens College where she shares her love of design with undergraduate design majors in graphic design, motion design and senior portfolio classes.
In her spare time she explores the realm of tactile art and personal decoration through ceramic jewelry and sculpture: alanalaurenceramics.com
